Michael VanRiette and John Fox have over 60 years of combined automotive remarketing experience. Their combined talents come from different sides of the auction block; one a Manheim General Manager, and the other a premiere Southern California Wholesaler. Together, they have learned what it takes to get good results week after week, and they can get these same results for your organization as well.
Michael VanRiette was a Magna Cum Lauda graduate of UCLA. VanRiette has an extensive background in commercial land acquisition and real estate development highlighted by the largest Super Kroger/Ralphs built in the Southeast. He is also co-founder of Moontide Media, its 12 magazines, internet advertising, and customized publishing departments. More importantly, he is the owner of Ideal Transportation, a large family run wholesale automobile organization spanning over 30 years here in the Southern California market. He has perfected a proven system of moving vehicles to auction quickly, and getting incredible results with everything he sells. It is precisely this knowledge and experience that has given VanRiette the vision to build and develop the IVV product line up, and IVV StreamLane.
John Fox got his start in the automotive business managing his family’s dealerships in the Southern California area. His automotive career spans 30 plus years. He was the General Manager for Manheim California (CADE), Manheim Southern California, and Manheim Arizona. Prior to working for Manheim, John was the Regional Remarketing Manager Western United States for General Motors Acceptance Corporation. Over the years, John has been associated with millions of auction transactions totaling in the billions of dollars, and has been appointed to a number of industry leading action groups and committees. Throughout his career, John has been recognized for helping to pioneer inventory management systems and various reconditioning processes. Mr. Fox received his degree from the University of Redlands in Southern California, and also has a degree in Automotive Management from General Motors.
IVV Streamlane gets its dynamic inventory and workflow management expertise from Scott Parrott, chief consultant and advisor for the IVV solution. Scott has an electronic engineering degree from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, as well as, master’s degrees in both business and engineering management. Scott’s architectural involvement has been vital to the development of IVV’s cloud-based wholesale vehicle management system, which is entirely web-based and designed for ease of use and simplicity. His design gave special attention to maximizing automation and minimizing human decisioning through a conveniently-accessible user interface whether it be from your home, office, or smart device.
Always known for his work ethic, integrity, and focus on the customer, Mr. Parrot has been recognized for distinguished service by companies such as Hewlett-Packard, First American Mortgage Solutions, Interthinx, IMARC, and others.
Ron Enge is a Senior & Founding Partner at Blue Skies, LLC; a management consulting firm based in Southern California. He also serves as the company’s CFO. Blue Skies’ focus is on digital enterprise consulting. They help clients such as Johnson & Johnson, Sony, Allergan, Beachbody, and Warner Music Group navigate the business transformations required to be competitive in the new digital economy. Ron has over 20 years of consulting experience helping companies develop technology based business solutions. A graduate of UCLA with a bachelor’s degree in Economics, he started his career in accounting with Deloitte and Touche but then quickly moved into IT and then management consulting. Ron’s experience crosses most business areas including Finance & Accounting, Operations, Human Resources, Sales & Marketing, and Information Technology. In addition, his clients range from new start-ups to global 500 companies. This unique combination of experience allows Ron to work with the IVV executive team to develop company strategy. Ron also serves as a board member for IVV and Rapid Legal.
