It is important to note, you will have no money out of pocket for any “SMART RECON”. StreamLane will pay all expenses up front. After your vehicle sells, your store will receive a detailed breakdown of services and charges. You will receive a net check directly from Manheim for the sale price of the vehicle, minus the sale fee, and any “SMART RECON” items that were addressed and approved by you prior to sale. Additionally, you will be provided a cap sheet for your business office, along with a multitude of reports at your disposal so you can close out the deal and move on. All of this allows your team members to get back into the business of focusing on retail, while StreamLane maximizes your return on wholesale.

Once the vehicle is received at our marshalling facility we inspect the unit to determine if any “SMART RECON” opportunities exist to either enhance vehicle appeal, improve overall value, or boost the condition report grade. We know how the condition report point system impacts vehicle grade, and with this in mind, we make “SMART RECON” recommendations where it makes good business sense. Also, when StreamLane provides you a “SMART RECON” quote for your approval, IVV’s exclusive Approximator will calculate a probable ROI for the amount of the repair suggested.
