Ron Enge

Ron Enge is a Senior & Founding Partner at Blue Skies, LLC; a management consulting firm based in Southern California. He also serves as the company’s CFO. Blue Skies’ focus is on digital enterprise consulting. They help clients such as Johnson & Johnson, Sony, Allergan, Beachbody, and Warner Music Group navigate the business transformations required to be competitive in the new digital economy. Ron has over 20 years of consulting experience helping companies develop technology based business solutions. A graduate of UCLA with a bachelor’s degree in Economics, he started his career in accounting with Deloitte and Touche but then quickly moved into IT and then management consulting. Ron’s experience crosses most business areas including Finance & Accounting, Operations, Human Resources, Sales & Marketing, and Information Technology. In addition, his clients range from new start-ups to global 500 companies.

This unique combination of experience allows Ron to work with the IVV executive team to develop company strategy. Ron also serves as a board member for IIV and Rapid Legal.
